Automatic direct cooling block ice machine is kind of new tech compared to traditional brine cooling machine, there is no need salt water as heat-conducting medium, the refrigerant evaporating directly inside the aluminum alloy ice moulds. Fast freezing time, up to 30% energy saving, the ice are sanitary and even good for human consumption. The machine using hot Freon gas to defrost the ice, lifting system can discharge whole batch of ice in one time, no need much labor cost, small room space occupation. Full automatic PLC control system simplify the daily operation, very human-friendly. Machine Installation
BOTAI direct cooling block ice machine can be integral design or split design. For machine capacity lower than 20 tons, we suggest foreign customer to take integral desgin, while for machine more than 20 tons, we will send refrigeration unit and ice evaporator separately to customer's local,then finalize assembling onsite.
Intergal machine installation: we will well completed and test the machine before shipment, the user just need to connect the cooling tower,electric power and water supply, then machine works. The installation work can enve be completed by the csutomer.
Split machine installation: We will send our engineer on site to assist installation, to connect the ice evaporator to refrigeration unit ,vacuumized the system and fill freon gas, till machine being tested alright.
**Need our engineer on site**
1) The customer should provide accommodation, round-trip air tickets and daily subsiby for our technician
2) The customer should provide nacessary tools and backman to assist the installation
3) Installation room place,electric power and water supply should be ready before our technician arriving
